How long does a typical engagement take?
The Assessment phase takes 2–3 weeks. A full Assess → Build → Own engagement is usually 6–10 weeks. You'll see early wins within the first few weeks, not months. We're not here to run a year-long project.
What if my team is resistant to AI?
That's actually where we do our best work. Resistance usually comes from fear: fear of being replaced, fear of looking stupid, fear of more busywork.
