Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Jon.

I'm not an AI vendor. I'm a change architect and AI architect. The person who connects what AI can do to how your team actually works. Thirteen years helping organizations navigate complex change: from international business development in Southeast Asia, to Fortune 500 change management consulting, to leading AI transformation at professional services firms. The thread through all of it: technology only works when people do.

I spent three years as the AI transformation lead at a mid-sized professional services firm, not selling software, but sitting alongside staff, project managers, and partners, figuring out how AI could make their actual work better.

Before that, I spent four years in Myanmar advising on foreign investment, energy infrastructure, and cross-border business development in one of the world's most complex operating environments. I earned my MBA in Colorado and spent several years in change management consulting across the Midwest. That journey taught me an important lesson: technology transformations succeed or fail based on people, not platforms.

I help organizations compress their AI learning curve, stop outsourcing their capability, and start owning it. I started Fresh Coast AI because Midwest businesses deserve a partner who starts with listening, not a sales pitch.

Four years in one of the world's most ambiguous business environments, directing $60M+ in energy projects and structuring the country's first government-foreign company joint venture. Operating without playbooks became the foundation of how I work.
